We had a fantastic experience with Jessie at Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to our needs. What impressed me most was his deep knowledge of the vehicles we were considering. He provided clear, honest answers to all our questions, helping us weigh the pros and cons of each model. His recommendations were spot-on, and we never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision.
The test drive experience was equally excellent. Jessie ensured we had ample time to explore the car’s features and performance, making sure we were fully comfortable before moving forward. He and Brian made the car-leasing process smooth and stress-free, helping us find the perfect vehicle. Highly recommend!

So my mom purchased a car from here but then she had an accident. The car was totaled out, and she has been getting the run around to get this all resolved so she can purchase a new car. Long story short, the GAP insurance is wondering where some funds went. So, I accompanied my mom to the dealer to see if that could assist. What we got was a defensive, a-hole director by the name of Justin Milantoni. I questioned some things my mom didn't understand, and he immediately got an attitude and thought I was trying to argue with him and talk to him badly. I was very calm and collected, but see me being a black woman. I'm sure that played a major role in his response. He tried to tell me this dollar amount gets put on the front end and non refundable. I asked why. Then he said it's for the life of the loan. I go well. The loan is gone. Of course, his response is I miss spoke, then came the attitude. I told him you are contradicting yourself. Of course, he no longer wanted to speak to this intelligent BLACK woman. I asked for his supervisor and his full name. I wanted to put this out here for those who are considering dealing with this person. Now, I'm going to social media, his boss, and the news. I'm not an angry, ignorant, black woman.

The temp tag missing from vehicle after 2 months. Called the state of Il. To see where plates are and they have never received title work to date. Called dealership and title wont take call until she caught up. General manager wont take call either. Cant drive my car with no tag. Do not go through this dealership. They already tried keeping overage money. Charged me for gap policy we declined. All weather mats on sticker I paid for took month to get because they didnt think I would notice on sticker. This place in shady and been NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH.
