They don’t know how to handle kids with special needs . And they knew my application expired waited untill the balance was too high to inform me as a way of kicking my child out,then tried to comfort me by saying fsd will backpay and they didn’t ?️

Absolutely amazing. Never have had a single issue regarding my children's safety or wellbeing. We had a lot of issues at a different daycare where their safety was compromised multiple times, bordering on abuse and neglect. Since coming to Kindercare a year ago, both my 2 and 5 year old have flourished and shown amazing growth. It truly is a school not just a daycare. There's structure and learning. Not just kids running around being wild.They are amazing at updating the app as well. I get notifications everyday throughout the day of what they're doing with pictures and videos, when my little one was changed or having bathroom breaks, what the eat, it's so comforting to know what the do during the day!All of the staff is amazing and caring. They all know the kids, not just their teachers but every staff member! A real sense of community. The director is absolutely perfect and she takes every single concern you have seriously and handles any situation that may arise. You can honestly trust thatthings will be handled correctly and that your kids are safe with them!I can't say enough good things!

Unprofessionalism at its highest I made a payment plan with the director of the daycare and the director's boss called her and told her to Null and void my agreement because it wasn't in writing and abruptly told me when I came to pick up my kids that I could not drop them off the next day. no notices no nothing. And when I talk to the director's boss she told me that since it wasn't in writing and Shannon shouldn't have told me that that she's not going to uphold that agreement. And asked for the number for their boss I was given a wrong number. Disgusting

We absolutely love KinderCare Learning Center. They deliver quality care to our daughter. They have excellent customer service and communicate very well with me regarding my daughter. I would definitely recommend KinderCare to family and friends.

Hazelwood Kinder Care is a great place to send your kids,before my grandson started it was a waiting list for about one month but I tell you it was worth the wait. This center is one of the best places to start uour child our there way to school the director is a wonderful very pleasant always greeting uou with a smile.I just can't stop there,the other staff are very loving and caring as well just give a parent a peace of mind that you know they our children are in the right place. Thank you! Thank you! And thank you......

KinderCare is a great center. My son is now 3 and has learned and developed so much since he has been there. He is advanced for his age now and all the teachers and staff are amazing! The first daycare I sent my son to was horrible and it took a lot to find somewhere I was comfortable with sending him. I love how we get updates through out the day of what he is doing and his meals. I cannot say enough great things about KinderCare! I highly recommend them.

This place is way more than just a daycare! Your child will learn sooo much. I’m so happy I chose this place. I had the Hardest time potty training my 2 year old and once I sent him here he goes to the potty like a big boy with no problem . He also learned how to talk better. I hate that I had to take him out because of how expensive this place is but it was worth every penny. Thank you so much for everything you guys did to help , these women are AMAZING ❤️

It's more expensive because they actually care for and teach the kids. There is no other place I'd rather hand my kids over than these people. We've sent our kids there for many years and they've done great with them, especially at the early ages.

This daycare has taken care of my daughter for the last 5 years and we love this place! We couldn't feel more comfortable knowing our daughter is in good hands - they always make sure to take & pick her up from school. Also, love that there is a curriculum for the kids to follow on off days and also before and after school so they are always learning!!

My daughter and I love it!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My daughter developmental skills are amazing! She uses words that I didn’t even know she knew. I love knowing my daughter is in a loving and safe environment all day long. Working multiple hours a week 12 hours a day I know my daughter is getting the love I can’t give her while I’m gone at work. With her respiratory issues and with me being a first time mom. Trusting anyone with my baby is hard but I trust them soooo much ! I wouldn’t want her anywhere else !! Love them !

I love this place! My daughter has been coming here since she was 7 weeks old and I think of this place as a second family. I have made relationships with all of her teachers and everyone is kind and so caring. Plus the curriculum is awesome and my daughter learned so much. They helped with all the transitions like my crib to cot for naps, no pacifier and potty training! Love them!

I love Kindercare. The teachers are excellent with teaching the children of all ages. My daughter is a preemie and so.her development wasn't being meet at her old daycare. As soon as she started at Kindercare, her OT, PT amd her speech therapist saw a big difference. She was learning more and was more developmental! She is saying more words, sounds of animals, she learning how to be polite, how to share and she enjoys her days there. When I pick her up, she never wants to leave. Also, they are potty training her. I am so amazed at how they really do care about my child's safety. They do not just let anyone take her and they card you when they never have seen you before. Overall Kindercare gets an 'A' in my book.

The teachers are all very friendly and very attuned to what's going on with your child. You get a daily update of your child's progress and my son loves it here.

Kind of expensive but very trustworthy. I feel comfortable knowing my child is always safe. Been taking my kid here for 4 years and never had an issue. My kid loves it.
