Expected more given the Genesis brand, I have a G70. Very long wait times, poor communication between service managers and mechanics. Will get future service for my vehicle elsewhere.

This dealership had been my go to for service since I purchased my G70 but unfortunately the level of customer service has tanked recently. My appointments were great and I could text with a service advisor to setup service. Eventually I stopped getting responses to texts which wasn't a big deal. However, the last two times I've called to setup service and valet pick up no one has come to get the car. It's gotten very difficult to speak to an actual service advisor. I've left multiple messages and never got a call back. It's too bad what was a great experience went downhill so much.

Good selection of Hyunda pretty good selection of Genesis . Lots of perks and add ons but pricing and deals is nothing spectacular. Under construction at the moment so heads up on that if stopping in. Plenty of sales people to answer questions for you.

From the staff, to the selection, to the purchase, this is a first rate dealership. I flew over from Kansas City, bought the car and was driving back home three hours later. They even picked me up from the airport and bought me lunch. Thank you Jon for taking care of me!

We scheduled a test drive for a Genesis GV80 3.5 with third-row seating and were told the model was instock and available. When we arrived the next day, it was not avaible and were told it never was and we must have called somewhere else (we didn't). We asked to drive another 3.5 without third-row seatin. After wasted time providing our information, we were told that we couldn't test drive for more that 2 miles becuase another buyer was upset their car had 17 miles on it. We left and they lost out on a serious buyer.

I'm not satisfied with this dealership at all!! They sold me my car and just forgot everything else. I've had my engine light on just 2 weeks after getting the car!!! I still do not have my driver floor mate, still don't have the info for the app. Never again!!!

Jaz was our salesperson, she was great, No pressure type sale, she explained she was new to the dealership, but any question she didn't know the answer to, she went to get the answer. I was very pleased to have her as our sales consultant. It was great to met her and I look forward to seeing her when we come back for Maintenance on our new genesis.
