“Excellent customer service. I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! (I think the person who helped me with the return was Mary or Miriam .. I’m sorry I forgot your name but you are SO nice!!) 10/10”

“We had such a great experience at this location! We are in the beginning stages of purchasing a new couch and are completely sold on Lovesac. Our salesperson, Chris, was so knowledgeable and made the customization process very clear. We have two cats who love to destroy furniture and Chris demonstrated the various types of fabric and how they hold up to cat nails. “I needed a new office 'task' chair because the previous chair was an 'executive' style which left me in too steep a recline. My back was uncomfortable and my work was suffering. I have known Larry Singer for some time and made an appointment to see him for his suggestions. He demonstrated several types but recommended one in particular which would support my lower back while not interfering with my desktop work. I picked up the chair and brought it home, assembled it (very easy) and sat down. Made a few adjustments for height and armrests, and the chair is the one I should have had all along. You will find Larry and his wife very knowledgable and their selection is top notch.”

He helped me place the order, kept me very up to date with the delivery process including any delays that were out of his control, and even helped us load the sectional we purchased in to the van to take home. “I have been eyeing and researching the Herman Miller Embody chair for many months; with many online options and the high price tag, I felt uncomfortable taking my chances online. However, it’s not the chair you can pick up at your local Office Depot. Centro Modern Furnishings is one of the few local locations that carry Herman Miller chairs, so I decided to stop by and try it out. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome from Ginny, who was very welcoming and knowledgeable, walked me through all the Embody options, and gave me a great tutorial on the chair. I'm very happy with my customized chair and the experience. My special order arrived ahead of schedule, they quality checked it and assisted me with loading it into my vehicle. I highly recommend Centro Modern Furnishings for anyone considering a new Herman Miller office chair. Way better experience than ordering online, great price too!
