I went here yesterday to get my tire fix they said they couldn't fix it they said I had to buy a new tire so I took it to Danmark tire down the street and they said I can fixed it I picked it up today so I won't ever go back to discount tire

I made an appointment with this place on Friday May 17th for an Alignment and Steering wheel fix. On May 17, after about 2 hours I was told everything was fixed and good to go. I go to leave and notice my alignment is still uneven. I work through out the day 14 hours a day, I don't have time to continue back and forth. So I wait for another day that I'm free to bring it back in. I take it back in on May 23rd to get it fixed and explain my issue. Staff is super polite, and they worked with me. After about 2-3 hours I was told that my Alignment and Steering Wheel is fixed, I thanked them and went on my way. I noticed that not only was my Alignment and Steering wheel issue not fixed, again, my issue was actually worse and I don't know how that's even possible. All I know is, I won't be back. Thank you for wasting my money and my time.

Edward and the crew over here are the absolute best. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for tire service. I recommend any Discount Tire, but this one in particular is great! Very fast and very friendly.

So I went to discount tire today and I went in with the wrong attitude cause I went in with not reading more than one review on there site BOY was I wrong so wrong that I regret saying what I said to Brandon he help me so much that I was in tears this is the best tire shop around cause he was patient with me gave the best deal on my 4 new tires I could ever get around all I’m go say god I see u working through Brandon and I’m feel so blessed that I followed my mind and went to discont tire on Lindbergh thanks again BRANDON

The guys were great and provided wonderful service to me today. On top of that they didn’t ask for a review however I’m leaving one for them anyway because I am amazed with the customer service today. I went in initially for an air check because my back passenger tire had a slow leak & I just purchased my vehicle. The guy who did my air check refused to service the tire & explained to me that my tires were 9 years old & servicing them would be unsafe & that the tire could possibly cause a blowout if I didn’t get it replaced soon. I told him I didn’t get paid til 2 days later & I just needed to make it to work & he & 2 other guys made sure to get me a good discount on 2 used tires. I will definitely be back to THIS location for all future tire services. I appreciate you guys for your honesty & making sure I got to work safe today & for the rest of the week. Will be getting all 4 new tires here in a few weeks & I am more than happy with the friendly service, the time it took & safety precautions these guys took handling my vehicle today. Trustworthy & amazing. Thanks again guys, my Buick is riding super smooth now thanks to you!

I love them they don't take a vintage of you they are straight up forward I give all guys up there five star and the supervisor he wonderful willing help you out save money I wish this place was here yrs ago everybody else selling tires they need close down take some lessons on how to sell tires
