i had a package that i really needed to keep moving since i paid for expedited shipping only to have it sitting in their facility for 7 days, when i called them about it they told me that usps had already came to pick it up but the updates still said wishing for "labeling created waiting on pick-up" that never changed til i called and made a claim to figure out where my package was only to find out that dhl had it this whole time...thanks for loosing a 5ft, 26 lb item...not sure how that happens but whatever...just really screwed me over on all my plans for two weeks when i was told that when i paid for the item and also for the expedited shipping that it will be to my house in 2-3 days....going over two and half weeks and still have not gotten my package
