Beware they do not follow through on getting your refunds you are entitled to. Been waiting since August to get my gap refund and haven’t got it. Called gap company and Toyota finance and they said they mailed Bommarito the check on week of September 5 and they will not reissue me the check I am owed! Saying they want to make sure I don’t get double paid! I haven’t been single paid!

Really hope it is just I am not super lucky. Today my truck had the second oil change and for the second time in a row the service department mess something up. I came to get oil change but they, literally, forget to do it. I was told the truck was ready, when I asked for the price for oil change, they did not know what I was talking about although the appointment was for oil change only. I had service for my previous car for over 7 years with Honda, they know how to do business. Really hope they improve here, there are many things they aren’t doing good. It seems there is not much communication between shop workers and front desk, everyone is doing things in their own. So far two visit with awful service.

We went in with an emergency coolant issue, while travelling. They took us in immediately and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 90 minutes. And the people at the service desk were so kind.

The only place I could find my perfect 4Runner was this dealership. Cody made this experience an easy one with impeccable customer service. Our finance person Paul is the absolute best. It speaks volumes for the longevity of those that work at this dealership. I cannot say enough about those we worked with in purchasing our new car. The best.

Please think thousand times Be aware of buying a car from them, bought a black Prius from them as a certified car and after one day driving the car I heard the sound of glass cracking and it was raining so I opened the trunk and I saw a leak into the trunk as saw pieces of glass in the trunk and that cause the car changed a trunk glass in a bad place and the glass was not even from Toyota it was random brand I figured that too when I was looking in the mirror and the vision was blurred so I went back to them and picked another car and i heard from the sales man that they will send the car back to the auction cause it needs a lot of fix , can you imagine going to a certified dealership and they give you an bad car for 28000 dollars, the second car changed a windshield and when i was checking the car i pushed the plastic part under the windshield with my hands cause the plastic part was not placed right and the windshield cracked so they said it's my fault and i paid for the half amount to replace the windshield beside there was a hit on the front bumper and they said i should come on Wednesday to let the body shop repair it and to paint bumper eye and when i went to the manager he said i can not do anything for you , also after they replaced the windshield i still hear a sound of air coming into my car when i drive on the highway, that's my worst experience buying a car ever and i hope everyone in saint louis know how they fuck up the customer , please think a thousand time before you buy a car from them .

The customer service at this location was great. Shout-out to Micah and Ian for hooking us up with our new vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I recently moved to the area so this location will definitely be our place for maintenance. Also, I recently received a package of cookies, which was a nice surprise.
