Steve Brown has the worst customer service ever. I have never had a major accident, so I was not sure how the whole process works with the insurance company and the body shop. I emailed Steve asking him to please contact me once they hear back from the insurance company before they start the $15,541.46 worth of work on my vehicle. He called me being EXTREMELY rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he just made excuses on why Steve was rude to me. I will never spend that much money with a body shop that allows their employees to speak to customers in that manner. I wouldn't spend $2 at this place. Needless to say, I picked up my vehicle and took it to Caliber in Florissant. Don't waste your time here. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This review is not about the body shops work quality or anything like that. I would like to publicly and personally thank Dave S. He has kept me informed about my vehicles status thru a long and difficult claims process with progressive. He has treated me like a person instead of a number. Although; I don’t have my vehicle back I am confident that Dave would not let my vehicle leave the shop in anything less than perfect preexisting condition.Five stars for Dave for fighting progressive to get parts for my vehicle

I had a accident and had my vehicle repaired here service started out ok went down hill from there had my vehicle 2months and 6days claiming that the part was on backorder for that long but when I picked up my vehicle they text & email for a review on their services I fell places like this take advantage of women more so then men I will never bring my car back to this location cost me $1074.74 for the extra month for the rental car wouldn't provide a loaner which they should've for the delay the only good services at this location is when you buying and tires the rest I advise you to seek from another location

This is absolutely the worst place to bring your car. Had an accident in August they had my car for 6 months. When I went to pick it up they had not fixed the bottom portion that had been messed up in the accident. They ended up fixing it but then the Air conditioner wasn't working when it was clearly working the day of accident. Insurance company said it was their fault. After that they tried to act like it wasn't their fault took us around and around about it. Finally my husband had to go another route to get it fixed. To me my car still isn't fixed well. Please do not take your vehicle to them.

All I can tell you is from a bad experience nobody in that place seems to know what’s going on and every time I walk in there there’s somebody complaining and confusion I sent my car there and it said for three weeks and they try to blame it on the insurance company not to say the insurance company was perfect But I would never do business at this place ever and if you go against what I’m telling you please send me a review and let me know how things turned out for you if you chose to take your car to this horrible collision center!!!

Took my 2019 Qx60 there had right fender damage not only did they 3 months to fix it but it was never fixed right now my front wheels jerk from side to side and they are trying to say that I had to have had another accident they lied about parts that they are not putting on I had to go back and get a strutt that was already supposed to be put on I would never recommend any one to take there car there

Worst, most difficult business transaction I've ever experienced at any automotive dealer or shop, ever! It took so long, and it was just a hot mess the entire time. The mistakes they made were basic beginner stuff. The lack of skill here was embarrassingly bad. I made so many trips back to the shop to get them to finish their work (or remove tools left inside my car body). It was just a big joke to them. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I highly recommend trying Clement Ford instead! It's worth a little drive.

Only had an estimate so far, but friendly service, free ice cream, bottled water, and coffee while you wait, and most importantly ABLE TO FIND MY RARE STOCK VOLKSWAGEN BUMPER

Considering the damage it was a very fast turn around. They made sure I got new Honda parts for everything. They did a great job overall with the repairs. I would recommend, especially if you have a Honda.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Would not recommend had airbag replacement done and minor body work. Airbag light came on went back all he had to say was will get back to you 6months later no call or resolution ran code was a sensor my research and understanding this should have been replaced won't be back, also 2 month wait to get back

How in the world do you trust a company that would return your vehicle with fresh scratches after having an undershield and rear bumper replacement? Very unusual and I will be reaching out to Corporate compliance to voice my concern. I am beyond livid!
