After keeping our car for 3 months, we had it back less then 10 miles and a check engine light came on. I brought it back for them for them to just play the blame game. Junkyard motor replacement in our 2020 toyota camry. Thier attitudes on dealing with the customers is a joke. 3 major codes and they have to keep it longer... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING.....

I reluctantly give these guys 1 star (Google won't let me choose zero stars). After over 6 weeks repairing the hail damage on my car, Bommarito returned my car with hail damage that they claim was 'an act of God'.....God had nothing to do with not having a replacement windshield in stock before telling me to drop off my car, and God had nothing to do with putting my newly repaired car out on the lot when Thunderstorms were in the forecast. This repair should have been a week, not months. I will never deal with the Bommarito auto group ever again. I would not recommend dropping off your vehicle into their black hole of incompetence unless you have no other option. I am happy that I actually got my car back, I was starting to believe I would never see it again. I am starting a new claim to deal with the damage to my car.

I was rear ended by an SUV on 270. I've got a 2022 Nissan and the damage was over $12,000. Considering all the parts that had to be replaced, and needed to fit/match perfectly together, they did excellent work. My car was like new again and everything works perfectly. Someone recently pulled out from a parking lot so now a few months later, I've got front end damage which was not fixed perfectly. In hindsight I should have taken it back to Bommarito Collision in Hazelwood.

I purchased my 2023 Ford Edge from Bommarito Ford. When I was re ended a couple months later. I did not think twice about taking my car to Bommaritto Collision. I was treated so well at the dealership. This part of Bommarito business group needs a major overhaul or needs ti be eliminated. I received a check directly from the insurance company I explained this to the collision repair. They told me i would have to deposit the check in my account and then pay them. OK. When my car was done and i went to pay for the work i was then told “we don’t take personal checks over 1000 dollars”. They did encourage me to pay with a card with a 3% fee. They work with the insurance companies daily. They should be doing everything in their power to accommodate customers and make the experience the best it can be. Not alienate customers and make them feel as if they have been scammed. I will never return. I will advise everyone i know to go anywhere but here

Steve Brown has the worst customer service ever. I have never had a major accident, so I was not sure how the whole process works with the insurance company and the body shop. I emailed Steve asking him to please contact me once they hear back from the insurance company before they start the $15,541.46 worth of work on my vehicle. He called me being EXTREMELY rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he just made excuses on why Steve was rude to me. I will never spend that much money with a body shop that allows their employees to speak to customers in that manner. I wouldn't spend $2 at this place. Needless to say, I picked up my vehicle and took it to Caliber in Florissant. Don't waste your time here. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This review is not about the body shops work quality or anything like that. I would like to publicly and personally thank Dave S. He has kept me informed about my vehicles status thru a long and difficult claims process with progressive. He has treated me like a person instead of a number. Although; I don’t have my vehicle back I am confident that Dave would not let my vehicle leave the shop in anything less than perfect preexisting condition.Five stars for Dave for fighting progressive to get parts for my vehicle

I had a accident and had my vehicle repaired here service started out ok went down hill from there had my vehicle 2months and 6days claiming that the part was on backorder for that long but when I picked up my vehicle they text & email for a review on their services I fell places like this take advantage of women more so then men I will never bring my car back to this location cost me $1074.74 for the extra month for the rental car wouldn't provide a loaner which they should've for the delay the only good services at this location is when you buying and tires the rest I advise you to seek from another location
