Highly Questionable Ethics. Was trying to be added to my mother and father's checking account (mother present at the bank with me, father is an invalid at home and cannot travel). "Must have both account holders or POA on file". POA filed in 2016 with BoA -- "not found, we've changed systems, you need a new copy". Returned with Copy as requested, but Copy of POA was not sufficient as it was a copy and not the original. Why would I give them the original - they lost the first one! However, very willing to "open a new account with just the two of you on it and you can transfer money into it instead, that way you don't need both original account holders". Seems sketchy advise at best, when BoA was refusing to add me to the account because no POA and both account holders not present - but sure, go ahead, open a new account without the two original account holders, and then just transfer money into it - that'll be perfectly okay. Been with BoA since the early 80's (in iterations where BoA bought the smaller banks and then slowly tightened their fist around the customers money) and the service gets worse and worse each year. US Bank doesn't have the issues BoA does.

Next time you see someone in a jogging suit don't assume they're as broke as you are! The utter disrespect was entertaining and you should be fired. Be glad my heart is kind.

They never pick up the phone. I have been calling for 3 days but no one picks up. I even have phone numbers of the representatives but they never pick up. Horrible service

Friendly and helpful staff. Appear to me to know their job unlike the Dunn Road and Halls Ferry locations. This isn't the closest to my house but it's the only location I'll use now. I don't want to deal with any location that doesn't know their job and they're in banking. Scary.

I've been banking at this location for over 10yrs and have never had a disappointing experience. Employees are always friendly and fast! If you guys don't hear it enough, then i'll say it. "Thank you very much for your assistance."

I have been banking with them for 4 years and had nothing but problems for 4 years. My account is always getting hacked! Customer service does a good job at replacing your money, but their security is so poor that you will be hacked again soon. Every year I have to get my card cancelled and replaced. Last year I had to get my card replaced twice in one month because of fraud. I gave up and went back to my old credit union.

Try to withdraw half of my money that was in my own checking account would not be able to give me my money ask them to order it and I can pick it up for a different day they said they were unable to do that asked them to help me check a different branch that has that they said they’re unable to do that. Online and atm or mobile banking is of no help. Also been calling for two days no answer. While I was waiting for my turn in the lobby I also tried calling while they were four employees at the bank with the phone ringing no one bothered to actually pick up the phone.

Terrible service, 2nd time here this week. Been here 30 mins, had to leave the last time, couldn't wait. Only location open in Florissant, Hazelwood area. Care nothing about properly serving the people who store their money with them. Their bank lines does not look like this in other areas of the city! Go figure. Will be making changes soon! Oh the staff is nice, the banks lack of concern for people time and convenience is what's horrible! Been this way since before COVID...

Forgot my Debit card pin and my bank in St John is closed again! Found the Hazelwood branch and got help there. Teller, Kimberly was able to give me cash while I waited for service rep. LaShanda was able to get me a new pin # and went to ATM outside with me to make sure new pin worked. Made my bad day into a great day. Thank you SOOO much.

We just want to take the time to say what a great job MAXINE TAYLOR did for us. This week my wife and I needed a notary for closing documents on a new home. It was the largest packet she had ever seen. She went though each sheet looking it over and helped us complete a difficult task with a good attitude! A couple days later we needed one page notarized. She very kindly worked us in without an appointment. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A great asset to the bank! Thanks again Maxine!!!

10 stars if I could for Kimberly Adair. She went above and beyond seeing me without an appointment to fix a month long checking account error of $2500+ that nobody else seemed to care enough about to fix. I was ready to give up on Bank of America after 15 years. Fix the call centers. Such a disappointment.

Actually I would have rated them with 0 stars if it was an option. They aren’t accepting in-coming calls. It took nearly a week to get an available appointment to open a new custodian account. Only then to be given ludicrous information by the representative whose name I will not mention. Not only did she try to send me on a wild goose chase to the SS office but I know without a doubt that after she had me sit there for an extended period of time while she searched for the so called piece of information I needed to bring back, that she realized she didn’t know what she was talking about. This is why she never provided me with the necessary information but instead gave me a pointless piece of paper that had no relevancy to my needs. I was so disgusted by the pathetic service that I didn’t even consider requesting to speak to the bank manager. I knew I was being given incorrect information and I respectfully told the representative this. She apparently could care less. Anyway, I am so delighted that things played out the way they did because this was clearly a welcomed Red Flag that they are clearly not a business I want to be connected to. I was able to go into a nearby bank the following day with the same documentation and open up the account that I was unsuccessfully able to open at Bank of America the day before. With this type of service this bank won’t be in business for much longer.

One of the busiest branch's yet for some reason? The least staffed. This has been consistent for years now.
