“Miguel(sales) and Gary(finance) were incredible. The lot was clean/easy to navigate, every staff interaction was polite, kind and patient. Waiting area was fully stocked with beverages/food items and provided ample seating. No four squares, desk manager stepping in, forceful sales tactics, holding points or push on the back end. Very pleased with the integrity dealerships are displaying nowadays. Ultimately left in my vehicle of choice with a lower interest rate, shorter term & payments where I intended them. “This review is a few weeks overdue. We traveled from California to Illinois and then back. We took the scenic route in both directions and I tallied up about 5k on the odometer.

While driving, my wife felt water dripping on her feet in the passenger seat. We tried getting into a couple local shops, however, the wait time was to long to wait for. I feared that I was going to have to replace my heater core, and I knew that was a somewhat complicated job, because the dash would probably have to be removed.

In a frenzy, I reached out to a cousin of mine who referred me to Paul at Auto World Tire and Auto. She praised their knowledge and expertise, as well as speed of service. I in turn reached out and made contact with Paul. He kind of assessed the problem over the phone, but wanted to be certain, and asked me to bring it down straight away. I didn't have to wait days or weeks for service, and that was a relief. Upon my arrival, I was able to see that their operation was busy. This is a good sign, as it represents good will and good service. I always fear the shops that have no customers.

We arrived, Paul greeted me, asked for more information, took my keys and after a brief wait, they pulled the vehicle in. They proceeded to visually investigate everything. Even after, and knowing that I was going to be returning through some hot climates, they went on to perform a series of tests to be certain of their diagnosis. It turned out it was only a plugged drainage port in the heater box that was failing to drain.

My charge was incredibly reasonable, and I have nothing but praise for the prompt and attentive service. When you travel long distances with your family, one always elects for safety over everything. Paul and his crew were not only generous in their understanding of my time predicament, but they addressed the problem straight away. I left their shop with a high level of certainty that there was nothing to worry about.

Will I return to them for future service? Absolutely. Also, I think it's important to mention, that mechanics out here in CA just don't seem as knowledgeable as those of the Midwest. I'm not sure what exactly it is, but I always appreciate the data that comes from the testing and not just an opinion.
We made it back safe and sound and I traveled through some areas along the way where the temperatures were in excess of 110 degrees.

I know this is a lengthy review, but their attention to detail kind of merits a detailed review. God Bless this operation. I hope everyone supports them, because THEY CARE.”

FYI: I just purchased my vehicle from another dealership and I can say the difference is 100%. I really wish I had purchased from here. “I was rear ended by an SUV on 270. I've got a 2022 Nissan and the damage was over $12,000. Considering all the parts that had to be replaced, and needed to fit/match perfectly together, they did excellent work. My car was like new again and everything works perfectly. Someone recently pulled out from a parking lot so now a few months later, I've got front end damage which was not fixed perfectly. In hindsight I should have taken it back to Bommarito Collision in Hazelwood.”
