Do not recommend it! Dropped a truck off in their yard on Saturday to be towed to Cape Girardeau Monday morning. In person, Charles seemed like a nice business guy. A 1:07 tow of 76 miles, and he gouged for $1260. Multiple tow businesses that I regularly use, and I've never been gouged like that. Instead of calling my office like I instructed he reached out to the shop he hauled it to. Then a bit later finally calls my office and threatens to go steal my truck from the shop. Unprofessional and despicable person.

Driver broke down on a Sunday. These guys got him off the road quickly. Took my driver to the hotel, Had him fixed Monday by lunch! Very kind and courteous. Price was what you would expect.Definitely going to keep their number !

They are thieves! They will WAY overcharge you in the middle of nowhere and middle of night.

Call anyone else if but them if you breakdown. Their tech came out looked at my truck it took 10 minutes for him to determine the air dryer purge valve was sticking. He said he wouldn't fix it and that he wouldn't even know where to get one. "He wasn't running around to look for it. His boss could if he wanted to, but he wouldn't". Charged us $520 just to come out and look. Needless to say we'll use a different company from now on. I was able to talk the driver through pecking on it to get it to seal enough to move off the shoulder of the road(in front of their tech).

Do not bother using this please! They will give you one price and you will end up with totally different! The lady on the front desk better check here self for having mantel problems ! She can scream and yells at home not the costumers! After all the costumers are the one that are keeping this Sh..t Hole open by binging business ! I hope this lady and specially THE MANAGMENT understand this! have a nice day!

Driver had alternator go out on way to delivery. These guys had driver in and out in less then an hour!! Rates were fair so no complaints!!!! Awesome!!! Driver will make delivery on time. Bless these guys

I had problems on the road I found these guys on the internet. When I arrived to the shop Denny the shop forman got right on my truck ran a diagnostics check and found the problem would recommend ACE to anyone having problems on the road I the bootheal of Missouri. NO NO NO never again My alternator went out about 10 minutes from there office. I got their name and phone number from the internet. I needed to go to Cape Girardeau to get a new alternator. They quoted me $450 to get me there. It should have been at the most $350. They saw me stranded and wanted to get as much money as they could. I know they have a business to run but you don't have to screw people to get their business.

No No No never again. I called them when I was 10 minutes\nfrom their office. They offered to drive me to Cape Girardeau for $450\nwhen it should have been at most $350. They just prey on people to get\ntheir money.

Called this guy to replace a seal, bearings, brake shoes and brake drum in only one wheel. Well here is the price for only 2 hours of work $1,232.08. Drivers go on to the next shop if you can.
