I just call them Rusty Rice trailers, junk in every way and customer service is nonexistent. Not sure how they can stay in busy with such lousy quality and zero customer service.

Don't work there. Awful I had a newborn daughter that was in nicu. Then had emergency 2 surgeries. I had to leave work they performed surgery 2 hrs after I left work. Mind u not my kids mother had c section n was on maternity leave. Called them weekly and told them the 7th I can come back. Didn't even have my time card there. Gave my position away. Put me in more intense spot. While I'm still healing. Pretty heartless company. Do not recommend them.

Bought the 9900lb car trailer over a year ago and couldn't be happier with it. The quality is there. I've added a few extras to the trailer to make it my own. No issues and better built than some of the other trailer manufacturers

Picked up 18' dove tail car Hauller. Should have looked at it closer when I got at home. Saw that the left Fender Had been dropped prior to assembly all banged up. Powder coating had fish eyes all in it. There is no warranty on their finish. Their customer service is one of the worst. When I went back to the dealer and looked at another rice trailer saw that powder coating was getting rayed appeal off one of the fenders on another trailer. So I would recommend not buying a rice trailer and I am gonna put the word out

Decent trailer, owned it for less than 2 months and paint was already peeling.. complained to factory and they had every excuse under the sun.. poor prep and poor paint.. looking to sell and will not be purchasing another rice.
