“I had left a jiffy lube in California they tightened my oilcap to tight cutting o...ring into causing my 177 dollar oil change to spew all over the motor guy comes out on I forty at like 12:00 at night brings oil filter and oil repairs the issue and then gives five bottles of cleaner to me so I could get the oil off everything and jumped me off where the hazard lights ran down my battery great service neat Holbrook this is the man screw loves pilot way better service and more professional and productive”

“I highly recompensed Barker's!
Our car, 2008 Lexus, broke down on move across country from New York to Tucson Arizona. It was the radiator. Barker's was so helpful. They towed us and dropped us off at the Hampton Inn. They even called to check on us. We broke down on a Sunday and they took time to look at it Sunday evening. The radiator was replaced and we were on our way Tuesday morning.
I couldn't believe how cheap the bill was. I offered to pay more than my bill and they wouldn't accept it (I was paying with a card or I would have just left cash).
I usually only write negative reviews, but Barker's stood out!”

“We were traveling through to Branson, battery started acting up so I pull into O’Riley auto parts for a check.The gentleman at O’Riley (Jamie or Jeremy?) didn’t want to replace until I had the alternator checked as well. He called Matt’s and asked if they could check everything out.This place is BUSY as all get out and I see why, they were gracious enough to take the time and help, checked everything and thankfully it was just a battery, they ordered the replacement from O’Riley had me heading back on the road as quickly as possible.They easily could have taken advantage of our situation but repaired only what was necessary, did it in a very timely manner and was as professional as I have ever seen.My wife and I appreciate what you did for us and wish many years success to your company.No surprise why they were so busy, obviously residents of Poplar Bluff already know this.Thank you”
“We were on a road trip to visit family for Xmas and brakes in the truck were acting funny. We pulled up and they diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. We waited a bit for a new brake line but it arrived. The repair was done in less than 30 minutes. Excellent professional service, would recommend to anyone.”
“Everyone was so helpful and cheerful! Mr. Priest was very informative about my car and its needs. AND they only did what needed to be done. I didn't need the whole catalytic converter changed - just the solenoids. And since it hadn't had a tune-up in 3 years, he checked the spark plugs and found they definitely needed change. The price ended up being half of what we thought. What a blessing this shop is!!! I will take my car back if/when it needs work - even though it is a 1/2 an hour away.”
“We were rolling through town on our way to TX pulling a trailer, a couple miles up the road the transmission started shifting strangely and smoke began pouring out from under the truck. Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. Baldwin service department made time for us and explained everything. Got us back on the road I a timely fashion. Great experience!”
