Their customer service has been awful. They are very condescending with poor communication. Have tried to give them several chances and this has been our experience each time.

My two standard poodles were groomed at Wicked Wagz for the first time. The experience was outstanding! The whole staff was on top of things with shot records and very pleasant. The groom quality is top notch. By far the best groom my dogs have ever had and this is not my first standard poodle.

Phenomenal groomers! Our girls (standard poodles) just got their first grooming at Wicked Wagz and it was by far the best grooming they have ever had, we will definitely be bringing them back.

Super friendly and professional. The salon environment is calm, warm and inviting. Definitely a ‘stress free’ zone. They listened carefully to my grooming requests and nailed them!I was also impressed with their knowledge about our specific breed. I was given tips and information to be aware of as our puppy ages and was encouraged to follow up with our vet - which I will do very soon.Finally, I truly appreciate the oodles of love and care the entire team gave our sweet Lucy. We look forward to our next visit!

I took my 9 month old puppy for her first haircut. Wicked Wagz staff were VERY patient and kind to my little Angel ?. They did an excellent job in making Angel feel comfortable and at ease for her first visit! I really appreciated their professionalism. I highly recommend these wonderful groomers.

I cannot say enough good things about these people who love on our pup like he’s their own.Before Wicked Wagz we could never find anyone who listened to what we wanted for each grooming, and our dog was terrified to visit the groomer. We would have to drag him, kicking and screaming, into the groomer’s each and every time.Since going to Wicked Wagz he actually gets excited and LOVES going to visit his groomers. They are consistent, kind, compassionate, and absolutely wonderful! I trust them completely.

Worst grooming ever done. My Australian shepherd was groomed completely wrong. He even had anxiety issues after visiting here. He is now afraid of quick movements.

This was Annabelle’s first grooming and they were very kind to her. She looked beautiful when we got her back. They gave her a toy, which she loves, as a first time gift. Wicked Wagz is a little hard to find, driving the final way on a gravel road. It is in the basement of a house, done very professionally for dog grooming.
