Been here multiple times. Generally dont get much accomplished unless I'm buying a device. They're polite, but I'm always told I just have to call customer service remotely. The Belton location tends to be more helpful

Not my phone store, but if you are in the area and have a problem with your phone they will help you with it no matter what, nice employees
