I just tried to call the PO and let the phone ring for several minutes. I have a package that was delivered by the usps and the last location scan was this location. My postmaster told me they didn’t deliver the package so it had to have been the Hville location. Well they delivered it to the wrong address and now my post office was suppose to retrieve it but failed to do so. The usps has just continued to get worse and continue to raise prices. Customer service is answer your phone. I am a business and send a lot of packages but I will be moving it all to the brown truck.

Went online and scheduled an appointment for passport at 8:15. The website didn’t work and they didn’t open until 9. We were sent away stating the accept walkins. I returned and they said I needed an appointment. They went online and said the online wasn’t working so I had to leave to go to Martin city. Just don’t even bother with this place.

On top of not knowing how to answer a phone call literally ever they also misplaced my mail and then give it to me more than a month later after they tell you that it’s lost. But they also do not inform you that they are going to be changing the mailbox keys and not let you know nor give you a copy of your own key, and when you go to pick it up from the post office they tell you that it is gone because it wasn’t in your cubby but now apparently it grew legs and got into a bag and went on the supervisors desk, and all of the sudden “poof” gone. Y’all need to do better and be functioning, if you hired people that were better at their job this might not be happening. People can’t go weeks and weeks without their mailbox key just because you are negligent and lost it. That is any customers fault that y’all lost the key that shouldn’t have even been moved out of my mailbox cubby.Hopefully y’all pull it together long enough to find one singular key because honestly it’s not that big of a task. Again GET IT TOGETHER.

RA was extremely helpful in getting me the right form for an official letter I had to send. He explained what I needed and got me out the door quickly.

Horrible customer service. The lady that helps with passports is absolutely horrendous. She had no idea what she was talking about. Get her off that position, she is going to mess up those applications. I hope my husbands goes through.

Horrible! I've called multiple times as I only get my mail occasionally. Now, because ya'll don't know how to deliver mail, I have a warrant due to not getting notice of a court date. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!! Also, my new driver's license got returned cuz ya'll said I moved with no forwarding address. But I still live at same one. Get new staff!

Worst service on the entire planet. The entire staff should be fired. Cant even sort mail, loses packages or just steals them. Also your phone system is horrible just goes in circles. What a joke of a government entity.

The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I messed up something on my passport application and less than 5 minutes before my appointment the clerk Told me that they were out of forms and I would have to go across the street to the library to print another even though I had already been waiting for 10 and I could have had a much more productive use of my time if she had notified me literally any sooner than I could go across the street and print a new one and she tried to shift the blame onto me without telling me a moment sooner. Absolutely horrendous.
