Like the other review, basically they won't follow UPS protocol and make you jump through ridiculous hoops. If I could repackage it and print my own label, I'd just put it in a UPS box. Also I have had them print a label so either I got the UPS elf that day or someone is lying. UPS-please open another option in Harrisonville mo!

CVS UPS drop off in Harrisonville is excellent, I've used it several times. Friendly CVS staff as always, never a problem. Thanks for having this service available here.

My fiancé went to drop off Amazon returns and one of them was a QR code to scan and print off the shipping label. The lady working was pretty rude when telling him they didn't have the ability to scan those codes and print the shipping label. She made the snide comment of, "you clearly haven't been here before" and we hadn't because we just moved to Harrisonville. Bad news for her is we'll never go there again now.
