Drs Michael and Betsy Koch have saved the lives of my dogs more than once. They are compassionate, ethical vets with integrity who sincerely care about the animals under their care. Their ability to recognize, diagnose and treat a problem quickly is the reason my pups are still with me. I am fortunate to have them caring for all 4 of my dogs.

If you’re looking for an affordable vet that has you and your animal’s best interest at heart, this is it! Dr. Koch has been helping me take care of my aging pet for several years. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I never feel rushed and he gives thorough explanations in layman’s terms so that I feel educated enough to make decisions as part of my pet’s care team.

Best Veterinary Clinic in 5 counties!! Been going there for a long time with 2 other dogs. They do horses, cows, dogs, cats, etc.. if it’s an animal they do it! Very reasonable and extremely professional to boot!! Open 365 24/7. They have 14 Vets and one is always on duty.

I called them in desperate need of help, I swore I'd never use them again after they caused the death to a couple of my animals. But I was desperate and I had a horse in need, one of the vets doesn't live far from me and they couldn't care less to help me, thank god for pleasant hill vet clinic, they got to me in 30 mins and saved my horses life! I will never ever give your clinic the time of day and I'll make sure I tell all of my friends/family to stay clear of you too!

They care for both my cats and my Dogs and care for me and my family in our time of loss for me with my Bay baby girl at the end it was so had. They sent my a sympathy card and included one of her paw prints before she went to final rest. They have done the same for my parents with 2 of their dogs. The Dr's and staff members like Trina are so kind! From kittens and puppies until they crossover this is the clinic to trust the whole family too. Even the humans. The care that is given to the dogs is impeccable, but the front desk. . . That's a different story, I watch an older lady pick up the ringing phone just to hang it up to stop it from ringing. Their prices on animal car is unbeatable but the service from the older lady is the true price you're really paying. Otherwise if you can get through all of that then it's amazing. Dr. Betsy is amazing and is the true reason I still come back. If she wasn't there we would have chosen a different vet a long time ago.

Both of my dogs go here and are treated with the best care. My dad even drives 2 hours to bring his dogs to Dr. Betsy and Dr. Koch.....All of the staff is wonderful

Excellent Doctor. He is a good listerner & best doc around. He akways listens to our concerns about our peps & other critters. Love him he is alway patient & attentive to our concerns about our babies. I would highly recommend Doctor Stigge's clinic Koch-Stigge Vet. Clinic. They 💓your animals like their own.
