This has been bad from the word go. I took my truck in to get some things done under warranty. A vehicle and warranty that I purchased from Show Me Auto Mall. The first time I took it in was for diagnostic and an oil and oil filter change. That was the first thing they screwed up because they were suppose to use my supplied oil and oil filter. Apparently the monkey they had do the oil and oil filter change couldn't read the work order and used their oil and filter instead. They charged me for their mistake too. I took it back to get the water pump, both passenger side door lock actuators, and the A/C and heater blower motor and fan changed. I got a rental that I paid for because I couldn't be without a vehicle that long. The warranty was suppose to cover that but it gets much worse. This was a Wednesday that I dropped off my truck for the repairs. I got a call Friday that it was ready to pick up. I go pay and get ready to leave and immediately there's a noise and vibration in the dash, steering wheel, peddles, and console. Before leaving I'm able to diagnose it's from the A/C blower motor and fan that was suppose to be fixed. Fast forward to Sunday and on the way to church Sunday morning it's discovered that the rear passenger window will not roll all the way down and rolling the window down to where it stops also opens the door. This is the same door that my 16 year old daughter sits by. Fortunately we were in a parking lot when this was discovered instead of driving down the road. I keep getting the run around from Show Me Auto Mall service. I'm not wasting my time or money to make it easy for them to fix their mistakes. They don't want to make it easy for me for them to fix their mistakes. I haven't been offered any compensation what so ever for the grief and hassle this has caused. The best they could come up with was come up here and wait until we fix our mistakes. My time is just as valuable as theirs. I guarantee if I said I need an hour of their time they're not going to just give it to me. I have acted in good faith through this ordeal they have created and they obviously don't care. So here I am writing this review, making an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency with the Missouri Attorney General's office and if I have to I will get a lawyer and go to civil court and a judge can decide what is and isn't right. I'm tired of the excuses and the run around that Show Me Auto Mall thinks is customer service.

Came in wanting to trade-in my car for a used one. I must say I was impressed with the level of service I was given. Cory was amazing in assisting me in my vehicle purchase! I recommended doing business with him. A smooth and easy transaction!

Called about a specific truck, they told me they had it. They had me drive 45 minutes there to tell me it wasn’t actually there. Then offered me 7,000 dollars less then my last appraisal on my trade in. Definitely would recommend staying away from this place and go to a real dealership.
