Want to give a huge shoutout to Tristin Whetstine for helping me get into a car I’ve been looking at for well over 2 years now since I parted ways with my last GT350. Drove over two hours to look at the car, and Tristin went above and beyond gathering the info I requested beforehand, and instead of just showing me pictures or clips of the car running- dude put together a full video with a walk around and of the car running and driving. The car was ready as soon as I got there for the test drive and I was in and out of the finance office. I appreciate y’all and way to go the extra mile Tristin.

If I could give a zero or negative review I would. My husband bought a truck from here with a bumper to bumper warranty. Its had some issues really not a big deal until now. He took it in literally a month ago and it was diagnosed. He was told they will work on a loaner for him because it is a complete tear down. He called today and was told I will call you back. Guess what crickets absolutely no word from anyone. Meanwhile his truck is getting worse. Makes me so freaking angry.

I went out to Harrisonville Max motors yesterday with the intent to buy a Ford Bronco, The humble salesman was taking a stroll along the backside of the inventory lot when he spotted my interest in purchasing a vehicle.
Jeremy was very attentive and invited us to park in the front and to come inside and have a sit down and discuss what I was interested in and what my price range availability could be
Jeremy was very hospitable, he gave us some water on a very hot day and discussed my options
I left the Lot with a brand new cactus green 2024 Ford Maverick
With extended warranty and
Added gap insurance also included for free a 1-year-Lo jack!
In my opinion this customer service was top tier
And by the way John the financial accountant was also amazing

Overall at Harrisonville Max motors experience was superb..

We had just started our vacation. 2.5 hours into the journey. Warning lights going off every few seconds. Called Max Ford 15 minutes before the service department was ready to close. Limped the vehicle in to the service bay. Super helpful. Assured us they would look at it first thing when they opened the next morning. Provided us a loaner to get to a close hotel. First thing the next morning called and said it was ready to go. Got there and thankfully a minor repair and they did not charge anything. Super nice people to encounter. Away we went to finish the journey for vacation. Would recommend them to anyone. Best customer service. Would give them 100 stars if it was possible.

4 years ago my wife and I bought a sedan from max motors. It was the best car buying experience we have had together. Move forward to now we decided it was time to trade in the car for a midsize suv. We drove in and got welcomed by Jeremy. He was all smiles and had jokes right out the gate. He showed us something we were interested in and that fit our wants/needs. Once my wife and I talked it over and decided we didn’t need all the bells and whistles at the moment Jeremy took the time to listen to our wants and instead of talking us into still going with the super fancy one he showed us what we are calling our perfect suv. It had all the safety features we want for our growing family and the price we got was even less than the limit we set for ourselves. We had an incredible experience with max motors yet again and Jeremy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very humane professional and really seemed to care about our needs rather than just sell us the most expensive vehicle he could. Will definitely recommend to everyone possible.
