I was told that I would be at a certain price to have my taxes completed, when I called again & came into the office I asked again, cause I have used library 3 different times & always has a decent experience with decent prices to have my taxes done. Was informed that it be a week to have them completed, when I went to pick up, almost a month later, was informed my price double increase & only knock a little bit off. The lady told me they tried to call me 5 different times to inform me that my taxes are done & I said that I never received a phone call from Liberty Taxes to let me know I can pick up, and that I only had one phone asking me a question. The lady wasn’t all there, had a hard time on my last name.
