As a mail carrier I stop in gas stations at least once a day. I go out of my way to make sure I go to this location if possible. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and they do anything and everything to keep their customers happy. 10/10 keep doing what you're doing. Also the new girl from this morning is a Rockstar!

Ordered a Large Supreme and a Large Taco pizza lastnight. Both were excellent, but the Supreme was right up there with Minsky's Jumbo Combo!!! We were very impressed! Toppings were all great and fresh!!Thank you!!

This store needs a NEW GM...THE GM THEY HAVE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND YELLS AND THE NEW STAFFING AS WELL AS THE OLD IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS THIS IS Inprofessional.. and NOT apart of the caseys CARES either. If she trying to ppl phold her staff to a high standard but yet she can't hold her self to one .. FOR THE GM TO TALK TO THE EMPLOYEES THE WAY SHE DOES AND her manager or corporate allows it it's disgusting

A couple days ago I was inside making a couple purchases along with other Customers. While doing so the apparent manager appeared to be scolding the girl at the register for being on her phone . I was able to follow the conversation and it appeared the Girl was completing her food handlers license however the manager appeared to continue to scold her for doing that on the clock and was going to email corporate about the incident . If my understanding was correct first it seemed less appropriate for the scolding to take place in front of customers and pretty unscrupulous to not allow her to complete a requirement for employment and not be paid for it.

The new staff are rude and disrespectful to customers when the staff make mistakes on orders. The new management is terrible and I will go out of my way to no longer visit this establishment when the old staff was moved closer to the highway. They understood customers service

ONCE AGAIN, they only delivered part of my order. I paid a $2.99 delivery plus a $7.00 tip and still had to do get my food. Then the lady at the counter offered me a 20 oz soda for my trouble. This is NOT the first time they've done this, but is DEFINITELY the last.

Very greasy, hardly any meat and nothing but onion, dough seemed not to be cooked throughout., 4 large pizza and 52$ later, not worth it.

If you are psychic and can guess what will be in stock, you'll love this location! Not joking. No one that works here checks to see if things are out or running low. Plus, whoever orders for the store does not know what they are doing. Seriously there are so many things out constantly that it's a running joke in my household. 1 star for this location is kind. I've brought this concern and many others to corporate but nothing actually changes. I was told things wouldn't be out if it wasn't bought so much (BY THE MANAGER) There are already 3 Caseys in Harrisonville, plus at least 6 other gas stations, so this one is NOT needed!Edit for reply: I have multiple times nothing changed.
