Not as convenient for me as it used to be when I was a Walmart vender. Almost lost me due to covid policy, I don't wear disguises when dealing with banks.

Worse place to bank at the manager there is rude and disrespectful she treats everyone poorly. The manager is pushy and doesn’t care about anyone, she doesn’t care about the issues I was having with my account, I asked for help and she rolled her eyes and scoffed, definitely changing my banking institution.

We deposited 1200.00 cash by way of ATM. The machine had an error while processing the cash. The machine said that it was unable to return the money and to contact customer service. I contacted the branch and main office whom both said that they were sorry, but that they had no control over the ATM and that they would not be able to help resolve this issue. Now, I'm stuck Filing complaints with OCC and FDIC. that has up to 45 days to process the complaints
