They are constantly 10+ days late on my daughter’s seizure meds and it happens every month. They say that corporate doesn’t let them keep meds on the shelf which I know is a lie and are constantly late on my daughters seizure medications and today the MANAGER told me it’s not my fault if my two year old daughter dies although it will be if they don’t fill her medicine. Law lsuit coming their way. DONT GO HERE.

Absolutely awful service. To put it as politely as possible the workers were beyond lethargic and less organized than Stevie wonders crayon box. If you were “working” in the pharmacy today you should be ashamed of yourself you people wouldn’t cut it as a Walmart greeter.

Worst pharmacy in quincy. Horrible wait times , horrible hours. Waste of time in stressful situations with sick kids. Or anyone who's ill. Avoid at all cost

Was told prescription hadn't been called in. Dr said yes it was. Been waiting all day after being told it would be an hour and they would text. Trying to call them is useless. Zero rating if possible.

Incompetent staff. Refused to fill a prescription saying it was to old. Medication was prescribed in April.

Just left this place and got denied of a covid test after they said they had two left and that was for scheduled appointments. I was one of the scheduled appointments they even emailed me that morning to remind me. I wonder if it because I’m black or just poor or what my life must not be a concern to a pharmacy

Don’t get your Suboxone from here, GO TO GRAND PHARMACY!! They REFUSED to fill my medication because I have more than one address. We are IL residents who live just across the river by Hannibal and we are currently staying in Springfield, Mo. as my wife took a traveling RN gig at Mercy. Indirectly the pharmacist told me he did not believe me. I was treated like a drug seeker. Still never got my medicine even though it was trying to be sent from Springfield Missouri to Hannibal, Mo. (COMPLETELY LEGAL TO SHIP CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES BETWEEN WALLGREENS IN THE SAME STATE) not even out of state mind you. The pharmacist said, “it’s at his discretion whether he wanted to fill it or not.” I explained to him that I’m here in IL to officiate a funeral (my wife’s father just passed) and that I didn’t have time to jump threw all the hoops he was telling me to in order to get it sent there. Absolutely zero grace if you’re in need of help. Thanks for nothing and my 1 star rating is too high for the smugness that spewed from his mouth. Seems to be a common pattern with these reviews folks, hold them accountable and shop somewhere else I say.

Buyer beware! Last month on a prescription bottle clearly marked a fill of 55 out of the 60 on my anxiety med- when I asked if I could pick up my other 5 pills a few weeks later, I was told they're had to be a second bottle with the other 5 when I originally picked it up. Did not happen! BS. This Friday I picked up 5 prescriptions. After counting all the meds I was short 2 blood pressure pills, 2 cholesterol pills and shorted 3 more anxiety med pills. There's something seriously wrong with this place! Stay away !!

Disappointing. Was not able to get our heart medication filled. A prescription was called in 3 hours (actually ~4) prior to us arriving for it. On the way I tried to call ahead to assure that it would be ready... I was on hold for 20 minutes without an answer and finally Hung up. (I understand our current times and difficulty in the work force shortage) HOWEVER. When in the drive up- We were informed that the prescriptions wouldn't be ready for another hour, but the store closes in an hour. We drove away and after being in procedures for 2 days, 2.5 hour drive home - We decided to go back through the drive thru and pick up the one prescription that was ready (what we thought we were told) only To be greater with when we arrived to the window - 'you drove up here before and I told you your prescriptions weren't ready (first off that is no way to treat customers in a service industry AND I was in no mood to be treated this way) . I asked if we could get the one that was ready, but she said that it wasn't. We said we would have to come back tomorrow. It was just too much. Fast forward to tomorrow: Walgreens pharmacy is closed Saturday and Sunday. (Not updated Online) but again wasted time to drive 40 minutes again. Sadly Disappointed- by the lack of service and empathy for healthcare services.. Solutions- find the strength to communicate even though you are having a tough day. Try to meet Your customers where they are in a situation with some form of understanding and care. Inform your customers of closures (maybe update your online info so we don't waste time and money on gas) Hope this is a learning experience only to get better. Locals need ya.

Refilled scripts and doctor called in some scripts...waited 2 days to go pick them up...got there they weren't ready...tech said to give them an hour so I came back an hour and a half later, still not ready and there was no pharmacist on duty, so I sat there for 2 more hours waiting...got them finally. This store has been getting worse and worse. Been with Walgreens over 10 years and have thousands of dollars in scripts filled every month...I'm transferring my scripts to a different company!! Good way to lose a lot of business Walgreens.

This pharmacy is horrible. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I had an appointment for a COVID booster. It allowed me to make the appointment with a Moderna booster even though my first 2 shots were with Pfizer. I assume it let me because both the FDA and CDC have approved this practice. So i go in on the day of my appointment and walk up to the window that SAYS "Covid vaccine check in"... I'm ignored for several minutes then a rude pharmacy worker asks what I need. I tell her I have an appointment for a COVID booster and she proceeds to tell me I still need to wait in line, which okay fine. But then why do you have a separate window for COVID vaccine check in? Laughable. So I wait in line behind the 4 people, all of which are indeed NOT getting a vaccine or booster, just to be told by the pharmacist that I can't get a Moderna booster because my first 2 shots were Pfizer. Sorry, since when is a pharmacist above the FDA and CDC? After the horrendous customer service I received here I won't be back. I will gladly give my business to CVS across the street since the people here can't be bothered to do their job.
