30+ minute wait to pay a bill. US cellular doesn't have a clue about what customer service is. You don't make a existing customer wait to pay you, you take the money and say thank you! Sad example of a company that trains associates to provide no service at all.

This location took the time and effort to help us when 3 other nearby locations told us there was nothing they could do. They were kind, courteous, and answered all our questions.

had a lot of problems with this store, ended up going to Wavelengths in Steamboat Bend Shopping Center. The one at Stardust didn't fully explain things to us even my 88 year old mother got charged for restocking fees that they did not explain to us. Wavelengths did but it was to late. Just my opinion DON'T USE the one on Stardust. Wavelengths much more helpful and they take the time to explain things. Thank You

Well my girlfriend needed a new phone since the one she had was almost 5 years old. She wanted to try US cellular, we went. The store manager was helpful to a extent to be fair. But see our issues came when we were starting to check out with everything. So we went thru t-mobile and honestly how everything is so much better not even funny

Went in today to exchange my sons phone. The young man told me it was going to be about a 40 minute wait due to a couple of customers ahead of us and staff taking lunch breaks. So I told him that’s fine will pop over to Walmart( which is in the same strip mall) and come back. To which he replied, “If you want to give your money to the corporate giants, Go ahead”. This said from the young man whose company collaborates with AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

I have learned that you get what you pay for when it comes to service and location coverage. I switched company's for a short period of time to save money, I saved money alright, and I also gave up alot of other things that US Cellular had covered that the new place didn't! Like I said, you get what you pay for.
