While Cameron did work to find us a good deal, and promises to have a traile brake instaled. it was disappointing that we were told parts would be available to add to our new vehicle that actually weren't available. We did not find this out until after purchase was made. It felt misleading to be promised something during a sale only for it not to be delivered upon after the deal was done. Not happy at all paying 47k for false promises

Our first time at this dealership and Jacob helped us. He was friendly, laid back, and worked to answer all our questions. I appreciated that if he didn’t know the answer he looked it up and didn’t try to make up something just to make a sale. Great buying experience!

Just got my new ford 150! I can’t thank everyone enough for my experience. Eric, Cameron and Ryan were amazing to deal with. I thought the process would be stressful and it was the exact opposite. Brought my car into their shop because they had previously did a good job on regular maintenance, oil and tires, on my work truck.. blower motor would cut out.. they replaced my relay twice each saying the problem was fixed.. reassured the second time as I was going on vacation to Florida the next week.. ac went out on way to Florida and had to have windows down rest of trip which completely destroyed my tint due to wind, heat, and occasionally rain.. couldn’t have windows up during rain because windows would immediately fog.. their service manager, Chris said to me that “we didn’t force u to roll down ur windows”. when it’s 100 and suddenly it drops 25 degrees for a quick thunderstorm on the interstate what else can u do with two kids in the back seat? So when I get back Chris and David the manger tells me that they are going to take care of me and not worry they will make it right.. so Chris calls me a couple days later and says he will need to replace the condenser kit and he will do me a favor by only charging $900.. I get off phone and call around and find out of everybody else in town can do it cheaper and that’s even other dealerships.. so I cut my losses and get my car back.. I take it to Chrysler on other side of town and they tell me within the hour that it just needs a system update and that the condenser is fine.. moral of story they will lie straight to ur face and tell u they are helping u when they are, in fact, stealing more money and then refuse to take any responsibility for anything their repairs destroy.
