This place has to be by far the best auto repair I have ever been to. After having one of the worst days and experiences of my life with a different shop, the owner was honest in telling me what was wrong with my car and they even took me to get the correct part after being sold the wrong one. No shady business practices or trying to make a quick buck off me when they realized I was unsure of some things. Instead he educated me and took care of my car. 100% recommend. Any time I need something fixed and I’m in Hannibal I will forever go to them.

The guy quoted me 600 to fix a vibration issue in my car. I agreed to that price and he called me a couple days later saying the vibration issue has been fixed and it’s ready to be picked up. I told him I’d meet him down there in 10 minutes. I get down there and he’s nowhere to be found. The only person in the shop is his wife. She tells me that he had not added up the price correctly and that it would cost me an extra $400 to get my keys and leave. So I paid her the extra 400 I get in my car and the vibration is just as bad as when I brought it in. I called him and explained that it was not fixed and he refused a refund. He also messed up an exhaust job on my grandmas car causing her engine light to come on.

I got a nail in my tire, 4 hours from home. Not only was this guy there when I needed him, on a Saturday with no appointment. He fit me in real fast before his next appointment showed up. He had that tire popped off, patched, popped back on, and re-inflated so fast I was back on the road within the hour. One of the few good ol' boy who's been working cars forever. Would definitely recommend (but maybe make an appointment.)
