Dropped the car off on Monday morning after experiencing some smoke coming from under the hood over the weekend. The staff here quickly diagnosed it, gave me a call, and had it complete by 2:30 the same day!

Had to get my work van’s oil changed and tires rotated. Much faster service than Ford’s so called “quick lane” and it cost about 30% less too! Highly recommended!!!

I have been going here for several years. They are a great place to take your automobiles to. I’ve been to other auto places that I felt I couldn’t trust but not here. I have a friendly relationship with them and trust their judgement. They are quick to get you in for whatever you need. They are all very friendly and Lauren knows her stuff!! They won’t waste your time or money. I hope to continue using them for many years to come. I’ve had state required inspections, tires, brakes, rotors, air conditioning work. So the girl at the counter was friendly and was able to answer my questions when I called. They got us in quickly and it was done the same day. Now for the issues we had, the tow truck had coded it for us and it said it needed a thermostat, so they were supposed to replace it and I asked that they do a check and make sure the car could get us back on our 13 hour drive to Wyoming. We were told they checked everything and it was good to go and would make it back. Now my issue is after we paid the $140 ish we pulled away and the engine started shaking. I AM NOT SAYING IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEM. I am simply confused because if there were issues wouldn't they see them while checking it over like I asked? I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know for sure. But since the thermostat was the issue they would have had to drive it was warm ? ( The head gasket is blown and it coded a few other things too at another mechanic) . Very frustrating to spend all that money for literally nothing
