I had a good experience . I will be going back. Very friendly, polite young man at the desk got me right in and I didn’t have to wait long. I got the front and rear of my car realigned and an oil change while I was there.

Took exactly TWO hours at the ‘Quick lane’ for the most expensive oil change I’ve had in my life. Double the price of anywhere else I ever went. Make sure you get them to quote a solid price to you ahead of time so you know what you are in for…. And make sure you bring a nice long book for the LONG wait.

Had oil change and tire rotation. When they rotated my tires they did not reset the sensors. I figured this out bc my tire pressure was low and I could not get the right amount of pressure im tires per my screen. It was a disaster. I let air out of wrong tire and put more air in the wrong tire. 5 stars for customer service and 1 star for service errorServices: Oil change

It's ok. Oil change on a 6.7 Cummins was the most expensive I've paid in 4 years of Ram ownership by $10. Charged me $11.50 per quart as opposed to my last Quick Lane at $7.50 a quart.

Lied about service work performed. When confronted service manager made excuses for technician not doing job properly. Manager did make technician perform work after confronted. Offered next service free as a hush gift when I mentioned contacting ford motor company.
