We met Jordahn via Zillow online services. We found a home we really wanted to see and put in a request on Zillow on a Sunday. Jordahn met us at the home that day which was impressive to us because of the last minute planning on our part. We knew we wanted the house the day we seen it. Throughout the whole process Jordahn was always professional and cared about our needs. She negotiated a fair price for the home. We wanted to see the house a couple more times before closing and Jordahn was always willing to meet us at the home. Additionally, when we did the final walk-through and we was not happy with a few things not repaired to our satisfaction she negotiated a price adjustment for us. She also has a lot of local knowledge which was helpful in considering the home. Lastly but definitely not least, she made the home buying process smooth with little stress. We are thankful our paths crossed with Jordahn and we will definitely want her to be our realtor in the future.

Joni made one of the most stressful situations (buying/selling a home) feel like a walk on the park. There were a few times that others (to no fault of her own) made things difficult and she went above and beyond to smooth things over, even at her own expense! I can’t recommend her enough! I have sold a few homes now and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Honestly, the last few times I have sold and bought I said I’m never doing this again, but after this
experience, I can’t wait to work with her in the again.
