On February 27th, we left Minnesota on our way to see our daughters new house in Picayune, Mississippi with reservations for that night near St. Louis. About 20 miles north of Hannibal, our Impala started acting funny when it was pulling any kind of a hill. When we got into Hannibal, we pulled into an Auto Zone in Steamboat Bend shopping center and the manager grabbed an analyzer, hooked it to our car, and said we had an ignition coil failure on #3 cylinder, but he didn't have the parts. This was nearly 4:00 PM and he said to haul it to POAGE Chevy just a couple miles on down the road on the right.We pulled into POAGE and told the young lady in charge what we had going on, she grabbed one of her mechanics, he put their analyzer on the car and said the same thing was wrong. He put it in a work stall, went to the parts department and grabbed the only coil they had, a new spark plug, and the gaskets it would take to pull the intake of to access the coil and plug, went to work and had us out the door at 5:08 PM, and the bill was under $500.00!!!Come to find out, POAGE has at least 3 different car brand dealerships in that area, and if they're all anything like POAGE Chevrolet, if you're going to have car trouble, HAVE IT NEAR A POAGE DEALRSHIP!!!Conrad YustEyota, Mn.

I saw the vehicle I purchased on the Poage Chevy website and called and found out they still had it. I test drove the vehicle and loved it. From Tracey Harvey to Tyson finishing the financial end, they were so helpful. All went so smoothly and I love my know Equinox SR!!!

Not real happy with my visit. I had called (from out of state) several weeks prior to arrange for the installation of some under-the-hood insulation deleted from the factory. They assured me that it would be there and ready for my appointment. When I arrive for my appointment they informed me the part was not in and had no idea when it would arrive. I inquired about why I didn't get a notice about the part not being there and he could not give me a good answer. I had intended on making this my "Chevy Store" locally when back in the area, but I'm looking for alternative dealerships to call my local store. (I bought the truck in Florida).

I wasn’t looking for a vehicle and I had to ring my mother in laws car in to get remote start put on it and I really enjoyed driving her job and actually fell in love with it . I really wanted a car like hers and I talked to my husband and got one . The sales men I had was very nice and didn’t pressure me like some places do. I was very satisfied with my service I got and will buy my next vehicle from here also .

We purchased a 2022 Siverado with a hitch package. The hitch package was still in the box when we left the dealership. We opened the box after we made the three hour drive home to find that the hitch case was smashed. When we reached out to have it replaced with an undamaged item we were told they didn't think there was anything that could be done about it. They then said they would do some checking but we have yet to hear back from them. The communication was great until after we purchased the truck and had a concern.

The torque converter was covered under drive train warranty and it was refreshing to me that there weren't any charges that weren't covered. Also the service department went above and beyond in delivering the truck to our home since we were short on vehicles. Larry who delivered it was very professional and polite.

Had problem with my truck so called for service. Colin was very polite and helpful over the phone and was able to keep me updated on what was going on with the repairs. They got my truck right in and fixed the issue and had my truck back the next day. When picked up truck i was able to meet with Tim, the mechanic who worked on my truck. Tim was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me which put my mind at ease. Excellent service from Colin and Tim both. Thank you very much.

Fast efficient and the person who did my oil change showed how to visual see how and when to change the brakes. I learned something and to me meant the world.
