I would give no stars if that was possible. My husband bought a brand new Chevrolet Colorado. Had trouble with the radio right after he left dealership. They were to install a remote starter on the truck. He took it in for that and to have the radio checked because it went completely black. He was told they would have the part by Friday. They were to get it from wentsville. It is now a week later and the truck is still in the shop. He was told they would call several different days and did not. So my husband went on in. Given the run around again. It will be here by Monday now.This is ridiculous!!!We have bought several vehicles from there over the years but this will be the last. POOREST SERVICE EVER!!

Most won’t take the time to leave a review and feedback unless they’re upset. That’s not me.I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I’m in Columbia often so I checked with McCosh first (on 5/17) only to find out that the soonest they could get me in for service was 6/5… nearly 3 weeks later!So I called Poage (on 5/17) and they had me scheduled for Friday (5/19) of the same week!I always wait at the dealership for my service and my appt. Was for 2pm. I expected to wait 2-3 hours, as that was about standard for McCosh (even after scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance).To my surprise, I was in and out of Poage in less than an hour!Having been a customer with McCosh since the Perry Chevrolet days, it’s bitter sweet to have made the decision to move my business to Poage!

On February 27th, we left Minnesota on our way to see our daughters new house in Picayune, Mississippi with reservations for that night near St. Louis. About 20 miles north of Hannibal, our Impala started acting funny when it was pulling any kind of a hill. When we got into Hannibal, we pulled into an Auto Zone in Steamboat Bend shopping center and the manager grabbed an analyzer, hooked it to our car, and said we had an ignition coil failure on #3 cylinder, but he didn't have the parts. This was nearly 4:00 PM and he said to haul it to POAGE Chevy just a couple miles on down the road on the right.We pulled into POAGE and told the young lady in charge what we had going on, she grabbed one of her mechanics, he put their analyzer on the car and said the same thing was wrong. He put it in a work stall, went to the parts department and grabbed the only coil they had, a new spark plug, and the gaskets it would take to pull the intake of to access the coil and plug, went to work and had us out the door at 5:08 PM, and the bill was under $500.00!!!Come to find out, POAGE has at least 3 different car brand dealerships in that area, and if they're all anything like POAGE Chevrolet, if you're going to have car trouble, HAVE IT NEAR A POAGE DEALRSHIP!!!Conrad YustEyota, Mn.

The automotive department at Poage Chevrolet & Buick are highly deceptive. I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated on February 14, 2023. I asked if they would also install a new fuse to replace one that had burnt out, since it would be a quick and cheap job. It took over two and a half hours before they were finished with my car. When I received the bill, they tried to charge me over $90 to replace the fuse! They put down that the labor for replacing the fuse took longer that the oil change and tire rotation. I obviously called them out on their idiocracy and refused to pay that price. They said they'd adjust the price, and came back adjusting the fuse replacement to $45. I guess they still took me as being naive. Again, I told them how ridiculous that price is. The Automotive manager asked how much I'd be willing to pay, so I told him $20. I gave him that amount since I was using a $20 off coupon. He adjusted the bill to that amount, stating that he just wants me to leave happy. Well, I'm still unhappy that this Poage location tried to rip off a repeat customer of five years. Needless to say, they've now lost business from me, my family, and friends. I will not be returning!

Had a 22 Traverse High country very nice car but just to much car for us got excellent trade in on a 23 blazer R S which is great auto mobile also.Very great sales people Brad Hudson-Scott Johnson-Scotty Cockrell-Chuck Houston.Would highly recommend this dealer if you are lookin for new or used vechile.

Bought a car 2 weeks later it was having issues, sales manager was rude, service manager atleast gave me a diagnostic and $2100 quote. There unwillingness to help after receiving 24000 check for the vehicle is unacceptable. Thank goodness for Boland Chevy in Bowling Green for helping me get my vehicle fixed!

I was dreading having to get a new vehicle in this market. After some searching Poage had what I was looking for and their online process was easy to get the ball rolling. Tracey was so easy to work with in person and text. No pressure and no need for haggling. Chris in Finance was also very easy to work with.

The service department staff are always very friendly and helpful. They offer rides to and from home so you don’t have to sit and wait for your vehicle however their waiting area is very nice and comfortable should you want to wait. I recently got an oil change and tires rotated and the total bill was as cheap or cheaper than other places in town that I had previously visited.
