If very much want to give this place negative stars! Lorrie is a hateful rude money hungry person that gives no care about her clients but the money they bring! She wants you to send money through the mail sketchy) and if you don’t pay her like that she gets even more rude and hateful! She’s never once had to worry about me paying but now has a lock on my shed when I’m ready to get out and refuses to get it off with MY contents still in the locker! She has now blocked my number and won’t answer! Please look elsewhere to rent a locker she’s old and not worth a headache!

If this would allow 0 stars, I would rate it that. Units in Bowling Green are infested with spiders, dirty, dusty, doors are extremely heavy and not weather proof. Women who answers the phone is not friendly, I give her 0 stars too. Find somewhere else to go with your belongings!

If I could give this place negative stars I would.The storage itself is fine but when dealing with the woman who handles all the payments and lockouts, she is super disrespectful. I've never met an old woman that speaks to other women the way she spoke to me. Avoid this place at all cost. You WILL regret it.

I've had my stuff there for almost a year, it was fine I was late... Only late 1 time, and my unit was only 25 a month the next statement I received said I had to pay 55 for me being LATE ONCE, so I cleaned out my storage shed... Before the first and I got a voicemail today saying they were going to turn me into collections... Ok so let's do the math, it's $5 for late fee and $25 for the unit... I STILL CANT GET IT TO ADD UP TO $55... and their keeping my deposit for no reason, so $30 taking off $15 for deposit I should only owe $15...Avoid this place it's a trap

the storage itself was fine and clean. payed a deposit. when we were done with the unit i tried to get my deposit back. everyone i talked to was very rude and treated me as if i was a nuisance and they didn't want to take the time to help. guess if your still under commitment they will be cordial, but once you are done with the unit they are done with you!!!!! to many other storage units around. sure won't deal with this place again!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I tried getting a storage unit here and had nothing but problems from day one!!! After going through the self serve kiosk I didn't get a printed receipt OR a key fob to get in. I kept calling and tried getting in touch with someone and after a week of trying, they tell me "they're not babysitters"! I went down to the units to confront someone and from the MINUTE I walked in the man was hostile and threatened to call the cops on me!! After arguing for so long I FINALLY got them to credit my money back! Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!! Personally I'll be going to Scott Six!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
