Bought a new Whirlpool washer and dryer from Lowe's in Quincy Il. Last fall. They were delivered by two young men from Cedar Rapids who had picked them up in a warehouse. The installation wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for my brother helping them..... The dryer wouldn't turn on. And the agitator wouldn't move on the washer. The manager at Lowe's said he couldn't do anything about the washer!!!! I would have to have a repair man fix it! 1st repair man visit fixed the dryer issue but didn't fix the washer. It has a sensor that spins until the clothes are wrapped so tightly they need to be prayed off. The clothes are still in a washer full of water. The machine won't start with wet clothes. The 2nd visit I was told all new Whirlpool washers don't work! He's worked on all of them! Another month of waiting the repair man just left and said the machine was fixed ..... it didn't make it through 1 cycle! Machine said need repair. I called again for help and after 30 minutes I have another appointment in 3 weeks!

Have called that store several times for assistance and the staff there is very lazy. This has always been the store we have used. Small town, nice people. Boy it has changed over the last year. HORRIBLE customer service! We had to call a completely different store to get some pretty simple questions answered.

We had the best customer service today. Joe sorry ,I don’t know last name , was great helped us in the plumbing department when we asked for something he knew exactly what we needed and where to find it. We had to go a separate time for another plumbing issue there was a lady working in the area and she didn’t have a clue so we got the wrong one which we discovered when we got home. My husband had to go to a third time Joe was back and found us the right part.

Jeremy, jen, and Jordan went above and beyond to remedy a bad experience I had with an almost new Samsung refrigerator and the original salesman ed was good to work with on original purchase also.... overall great experience. thanks to all

I needed a laser for leveling and was ignored by two employees and then told I was a child and didn't need one. Horrible customer service. Just go to walmart hardware if you need utilities.
