Worse place of business I have ever encountered in healthcare. They bill your insurance do not give you supplies and cause every bit of trouble for you they can if you complain or call them on their mistakes and intentions of fraud. They need to be audited and several staff members should find jobs they know what they are doing and requires lies and deceit.

After reading all of the 2 star reviews on here I was hesitant to even walk inside. But my experience couldn't have been more different. Nikki was friendly,knowable and had personal experience with the CPAP and gave some tips on using the device. I left confident in the equipment and my ability to use it.

So I have had my CPAP for 3 months and have never received a call from them about reordering supplies. Then when I saw my doctor I advised him of what was going on so he contacted them and they called me today, but I missed it due to being at work. I called them back while on break and was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I spoke to an operator she asked for an account number but I didn't know it and she immediately hung up on me. Please know most of these employees do not care about your health and are just going to work to get a paycheck. If you have an option to choose between lincare or anything else choose the other option. IF YOU HAVE CPAP GET AN AMAZON ACCOUNT AND GET YOUR SUPPLIES FROM THEM! One it'll be cheaper and they actually deliver the right equipment.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Wish I had read reviews before going, worse ppl to deal with that I have ever met. If your life is on the line they would leave you to die, lazy lazy uncaring and very discriminative.
