Edit: it took reaching out to others for help, but I got a better mask today that feels so much better on my skin. They mailed me a mask sample and were very nice. They have me 12 days to be compliant and keep my machine. I don’t think that’ll be an issue now that I have a more comfortable mask. What I’ve learned: don’t be afraid to go over heads if you’re not getting the care you need. It’s your health.
Don’t return calls ever. They even called me and I returned the call several times leaving voice mail and messages with front desk and no answer. I’ve also called to get help with CPAP mask breaking my face out, causing me issues using my machine for sleep apnea and get no help. I’m going to find another place to get my cpap supplies. Now they want their CPAP machine back because I’m not compliant. How can I be compliant when I can’t use it correctly and nobody will help me. I have to give my FaceTime to heal in between sessions and nobody at this company seems to care. I’m reporting them to To my doctor and my insurance company and I’ll get a CPAP machine from a company that actually cares about their clients.

Girl at the front desk was rude. She acted like she didn't have time to mess with me. Her and the other was laughing and joking around talking about how they had pictures but wasn't sure they wanted to show them to anyone. They was more worried about visiting with each other then the patient. I won't be back.

I called, before we drove 45 min., there looking for an item for my husband after having surgery. I asked if they had item which they did. I specifically ask the cost of item which she stated was $40. I said ok, and had to send someone there to pick up the item and they charged me $60.
I feel this is very poor business, especially when I specifically asked the price first.
Will not do business there again!

My parents have oxygen supplies through them they have never worked no one even has contacted them to service machine or ask how things are and its been almost 18 months...worst part is neither the portable or the home machine work.Luckily enough my mom had another machine that does work

I recently had surgery and needed to pick up my cpap supplies. It was extremely difficult for me to get into a vehicle and drive but I did so anyway because the website states that's this business is open until 6pm....nope they close at 5pm. I was in tears when I left. You should really consider updating your website. Some of us do not live in town or frequently visit your establishment to know what your correct hours of operation are. Highly disappointed.

I will have to say I agreed with everything the bad reviews were saying. But yesterday I was there with an appointment. When I called for that appointment, the front desk girl was very nice (for a change). Then I had the appointment with the RT who is in charge of the CPAP supplies. She couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. It has been several years since the RT was nice. OR helpful. Hope the current personnel stays as I really don't want to switch companies.

I have been trying all day to get a breast pump. I called my dr office as soon as they opened to have the prescription sent. I was told at 10am that all they we were waitung on was insurance verification from the dr office. I call back later and am told that the person that was working on it left for the day but they will get someone else to work on it. A few more hours go by and I hear nothing so I called back and am told they never got the script. So I had to call my dr office TWICE after this because they still have no record of it. They finally get the script and now Im told it will be tomorrow before I can get my pump because they still have to verify my insurance.This is absolutely rediculous. I should not have had to do their job for them. Very disappointed with this company and will be using another medical supply to fulfill my needs. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Very bad image for Blessing!

I rented a wheelchair and purchased some items to convalesce after an accident left me with limited mobility.The staff was helpful, friendly, and patient. The availability of supplies was great, and the prices were reasonable.

We were just in this business and the associate was fantastic! She took time to explain options. I was nervous entering based on prior reviews, very helpful!!

The women that work there are very rude and will NOT go out of their way to help you with anything. I am switching companies NOW
