This shop is amazing! If you’re looking for somewhere that’s well timed, nice staff, and good pricing, this is it!! Staff took time to explain why each thing needed done. The boss was very nice! The receptionist was absolutely kind and helpful! Will be going back.

We are more than satisfied with the service and courtesy we received from Great River Tire and Auto. We'd had a wheel/tire mishap outside Hannibal on our way to Nebraska and needed help quickly. Brett and his team found us a new wheel after some searching, drove to a nearby town to get it, installed it and a good, reasonably priced used tire, and we were on the road in only a couple hours. We'd never been there before but were treated like regular customers during our stop. A great place to do business.

They charge me twice for the same job. I had something fixed and they had to replace the parts for a second time and they charged me labor again. To me that's just taking advantage of people. And it is not good business.

These guys were great! I was traveling thru and had a performance issue on my Xterra. They were accommodating and honest. I was in a pickle as I was on vacation. They diagnosed and made the repair within an hour!! I was so grateful for them to help a traveler out. I tipped the staff $50 to buy lunch because they helped me out on such short notice.

Service was fast which was nice but but fast isn’t always best. They put a lug nut on but it wasn’t on all the way and it tore up the lug bolt. Paid them $60 for a rotation and my mechanic $70 to help me discover the source of the sound from my wheel. Lady inside acted like $70 is just chump change now days. Said owner is sick and only one who can handle the situation. So until then they can stay a one star rating. They refunded my money to me but it was a debate and hassle still. I’ll never go back.
