These are absolutely the most rude people I’ve ever dealt with. Whoever the regular cashier is needs hit in his mouth and I’m sure it’ll happen eventually. About the first time he smarts off and cusses at someone’s wife or mother that doesn’t care about a night in jail. I’ll be contacting their corporate office because I’m sure that, while the place is privately owned, they don’t want Family Dollar’s name drug though the mud like this. HORRIBLE place to shop for anything JUST because of how rude and IGNORANT the workers are here. When you complain to the owner of the store, they’re just as ignorant and rude about it as the workers. “Shop someplace else” is what they’ll tell you. Don’t step foot in this place

Workers are VERY RUDE, i have personally seen one of the workers verbally abuse an older woman for not having smaller hills, Manager woman is always confrontational with the shoppers during check out.. save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere

I went in to buy something and stood in line for a few and walked around looking for an employee and not a soul in the store so I left my item on the counter and walked out and both employees outside smoking a cigarette good thing I am not a thief, store should never be left unattended I'll never shop there again I have to work and don't have time to wait for a smoke break

Good prices with ease of shopping. Non-crowded with plenty of area for free parking.Good location without traffic congestion to enter parking lot. Wide variety of products and dependable name brands. Customer assistance available when needed by their service personnel on duty.

Usually unhelpful and rarely knows the location of where items are. They often do not know the sale pice of items in their discount cart.They are often arrogant and rude. I mentioned to a worker there that a young man was up front waiting for help. Her exact words were * oh he can wait he'll be fine* a long with a heavy sigh and eye roll.

They're store is packed with stuff everywhere. There's not much walking space in the store for them and their customers. They definitely need a bigger store location.

The cashier work cussed at me under his breath about paying with $100 bill. Then tried to short change me $10.00 Same guy is extremely rude everytime I go in there!!
