I lost the stone in my ring a few weeks ago and the jeweler my husband bought the ring from wanted to charge an outrageous price to just replace the stone, so I took it to Crescents and they did an outstanding job!!! They resized my ring, made the prongs sturdier, and put a new stone in my ring for a fraction of the cost to just replace the stone with the original jeweler. AND… they did it in a fraction of the time!! I’m beyond pleased with their customer service, aswell. I will definitely be giving them more service in the future, and recommending them to everyone I know!!

I have visited Crescent Jewelry a few times this past year. Their care for the customers is amazing. My purchases were small because I only needed a new watch band and to replace the battery of the watch, yet I received “royal treatment” every time. I am also thankful for their knowledge and professional service!

I visited Crescent Jewelry a couple weeks ago to get links removed from a watch for my teenage autistic son. The watch was a cheap one he purchased online and it had a lot of sparkles! The entire staff was wonderful! Yesterday, we went back to have a few more links taken out of the watch and again, the entire staff was wonderful. BUT, the older man that did the actual work was beyond wonderful! He spoke to my son without judgement, put the watch on his arm and made sure it fit nicely and that my son was happy with it. He laughed with him and made him feel very comfortable. Then, he didnt charge us for the second visit, even though my son was prepared to pay for it. My son went on and on about how wonderful the place was. Thank you!

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He could see I was highly interested in learning about the differences between all the diamonds and moissanites. We talked about his past career, how he could help me build my dream ring, and even showed me his really rare diamond, moissanite and lab grown diamond tester. It was an amazing experience and I hope to come back soon to visit and look at their exquisite diamond rings on display.

Took links out approximately 2 inches of my 16 year old daughters Black Hills 24 k bracelet i bought her for her birthday. Then sodered her great grandmother's pendant on a 14 k necklace and wanted to know since I was from Quincy why i didn't take it elsewhere. Professionalism at its best. Don't recommend it at all go elsewhere. Especially if it is meaningful jewelry. Was absolutely not willing to fix the problem at all.

I found the store today to be well appointed, comfortable seating , I am a handicapped veteran, and Some places simply do not provide adequate handicapped services for those of us, who need them.The staff was polite, knowledgeable about what was the problem with My Multiple items. The Gentleman who fixed my new watch was very impressive, knew everything that I needed done, and He did so sad I waited.All in all, this shopping experience was Five Stars on all issues. Prompt , as well courteous helpfull service staff....I would/will be coming back to Crescent Jewelry in Hannibal Mo.
