Tons of gas pumps out of order, door to the bathroom doesn't work. Urinal out of order..... cashier couldn't count cash for a purchase. Line got to be 7 people long. Ice machine for soda fountain was put of order.... who is running this location? It reminded me of the movie Idiocracy.

No receipt at the pump. No windshield washing equipment. Bad restroom. 5th in line to get a receipt. Cashier was friendly and apologetic, but otherwise this is a bad stop. I would never buy food here.

I copied and pasted someone else’s review because we had the EXACT same experience! No toilet paper both times, and I said something to the workers, both times! The trip on the way back was in the morning, and there was no coffee brewed! I will NEVER go back to this place, EVER!
Stopped here twice - on the way to and from our destination. Both times the bathrooms were disgusting. On our second stop, the store wasn’t busy, so I notified one of the girls at the register that the women’s restroom needed some attention. Her response was, “we’re getting to it,” as she stood behind the counter eating. Umm …. I had to get toilet paper from a roll on the FLOOR, toilets were visibly dirty, trash was full, and there was a horrible smell in there. I had to stand there for about 10 minutes while my kids picked out snacks and drinks and she never once notified another employee of the restroom situation, nor did she make any move to do something about it.

I will never go to this circus again. I ordered a pizza and sure enough Casey's uses an automated service as it is truly horrible to take a pizza order these days. Tell me it is ready in 20 minutes. I get there in 30 minutes. They don't have the order. And before they waited on me, three clerks standing around chit chatting. They saw me and ignored me. They asked if I wanted them to make it. I laughed and said no, it should already be done. Shook my head and walked away.

Today I placed an order for 2 Taco pizzas. One regular one gluten free. When I placed my order I wanted it ready for pickup at 7 pm. I placed this order around 4:45. My husband went to pickup the pizzas around 7 pm. They had not made them yet. He had to wait. When he got home my pizza wasn’t a taco pizza. As shown in the picture below. They said they could remake it. Within minutes they called back wanting us to bring the pizza back in so they could verify it and acted like he didn’t believe me. We live in Palmyra and this is really inconvenient!! I have requested my money back. We will not be ordering here again. I’ve had issues in the past and didn’t leave a review but this time you blew it. I have no reason to lie about something like this. This place is going way down hill!!!
