The employees are the rudest people. When you ask for a part there is no type of suggestion if they don't have it no time frame when or if they can order it or check to see if another store might have it. I had a colleague of mine attempt to purchase some items and when he attempted to pay for his purchase the employee informed him he would need to go get the change because they had not made it to the bank to get change. No apology or offer of a discount or if you come back later we should have some change granted there is like 4 or 5 employees standing around it's like you interrupted their day not sure if this was because co-worker/friend is Hispanic but the vibe there it wouldn't surprise me. They do have a very pleasant lady who appears to be management she is very knowledgeable also pleasant over the phone But save yourself the trip there parts are very limited and who wants to spend their hard-earned money with rude people that treat you like that and this opinion was based on several trips there

Very bad experience at this Hannibal store. Jerry, the manager was horrible and definitely not a professional. Stopped in to purchase parts, store had item priced wrong on shelf and it rang up $8 higher than marked.Manager was extremely unhelpful, lazy(leaning on counter wouldn’t even come look at item), and rude. I pointed out that the item was priced and inventory on the shelf yet he crassly stated “it doesn’t matter, I’m not doing that”. I attempted to discuss but he was having none of it. Terrible demeanor and horrible service.My description is not doing the scenario justice. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a store. NEVER AGAIN will I, my family or my company shop this place. If you want good, friendly service, shop at one of the other auto stores in Hannibal. I would hate to see how this guy acts on serious issues.
