Have insurance for over a year ,been without a phone since 7/11/2022 so very hard to find out anything threw insurance. Boost mobile says to keep calling them.they need to take care of their long time customer,been with them 2014 to now.

Jarrod went out of his way to help me find and set up my new phone. He helped answer all my questions and was very nice. Definitely recommend boost.

Terrible customer service. Explained that when I called out other person said the phone was distorted. When they call me no problem. He got out a toothbrush and said sounds like a microphone issue. Asked how a microphone issue could only be a problem one way? He just said again microphone issue. Asked Why I couldn’t see my data usage for previous months to determine if there was a better plan. He told me it was under settings and printed out paper which was just for a total so far this month which I obviously already knew as that was my question. An apology for either of these would have been appreciated and some attempt to actually help.
