Lisa is amazing,caring,loving woman. I have never met a saleswoman so patient. Always has a smile, welcoming personality. I have medical issues. I was in Hannibal Store & she helped me. Along with Skye ?? Thank you ladies.

While getting my things, there was a hand soap that I wanted to try. Before buying it, I asked if I could try it. Every Bath and Body Works I have ever been in will start a tester if one is not available. The manager, cashier 3901519, said that she could not do that and starting a tester was against Company policy. Normally, the employees are very happy to help and do it without hesitation. This is one of many times I’ve gone in to get something, and they were completely out of stock of what I actually went in for. I will definitely shop at other Bath and body Works stores, but not this one.

1/6/23 1732 hrs. Whoever the staff was this shift were more interested in gossiping about some lady named "Lori" than helping find items. I had to interrupt the two ladies to ask if a particular scent was available and both replied, " No, I don't think we have anymore" yet I after triple checking the shelves I found both scents myself. Poor customer service.

Friendly staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. This visit was on a Saturday evening, crowding was not an issue and we were able to browse at our leisure throughout the whole store.

Have the app love the store always well staffed who are very courteous and knowledgeable about products and what savings you can get. Not going to lie this is alot to pay for candle if you just walk in off street. Look for sales get app and you will never smell anything bad in your house again. Best candle going. Last long time and don't lose smell like most. Get your limit. Great Christmas ?
