“Bought a couple of rabbit cages wished they were cheaper for my daughters guinea pigs and one for my daughters duck's and she only had one duck and found out that whoever sold the first duck didn't follow the store policy supposed to buy two at a time then they will live longer then got stuff for my son in laws camper it was very nice of the manager and employees to let us get the things that we needed cause they closed right as we came in very friendly group of people”
“Great service all around. Very nice people with positive attitudes that put there customers first. I wrecked my 2011 Chevy Silverado which had body damage, deployed air bags, front end damage and a bent frame. They repaired everything and you can't tell anything happened to it. Drives better than it did before. Excellent work.”

“Purchased a used vehicle here at Poage. I drove down from Ankeny Iowa to see it and test it out. Everyone at the dealer was friendly and laid back, no pressure whatsoever which is nice especially at a car dealership. Tyson the finance manager was out for the day when I arrived which kinda sucked but they paid for a hotel in downtown Hannibal for me to stay at while I waiting for Tyson to come back the next day. “Most won’t take the time to leave a review and feedback unless they’re upset. That’s not me.I needed a simple oil change and tire rotation. I’m in Columbia often so I checked with McCosh first (on 5/17) only to find out that the soonest they could get me in for service was 6/5… nearly 3 weeks later!So I called Poage (on 5/17) and they had me scheduled for Friday (5/19) of the same week!I always wait at the dealership for my service and my appt. Was for 2pm. I expected to wait 2-3 hours, as that was about standard for McCosh (even after scheduling 2-3 weeks in advance).To my surprise, I was in and out of Poage in less than an hour!Having been a customer with McCosh since the Perry Chevrolet days, it’s bitter sweet to have made the decision to move my business to Poage!”
“This place has to be by far the best auto repair I have ever been to. After having one of the worst days and experiences of my life with a different shop, the owner was honest in telling me what was wrong with my car and they even took me to get the correct part after being sold the wrong one. No shady business practices or trying to make a quick buck off me when they realized I was unsure of some things. Instead he educated me and took care of my car. 100% recommend. Any time I need something fixed and I’m in Hannibal I will forever go to them.”
