Where to begin. Tracy was amazing and so kind to me in our time of need. She was so helpful and made sure our order arrived on time. The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Support your local small shops. They are the backbone of our communities.

Owner is a delight and puts time and effort into her shop. I never spend more than I want and always feel I get more than I paid for.

My mother, sister and I were so excited to see this primitive shop while on vacation. The clerk was so rude and disrespectful the entire time we were in the store. She even stooped to denigrating all the people from our state as I was making my purchase. I would not recommend this store unless you're looking for record breaking terrible customer service.

I fell in love with a beautiful store item in the window. Unfortunately, the store was closed. The store owner was willing to come down to the store and open it just for me. This is an incredible store with beautiful antiques & shabby chic home goods. A must see! Wonderful customer service!

I was literally taken back by the rudeness I encountered at this establishment! My sister brought my 78 year old mother and I to this quaint little city, while we were here visiting from California during the holidays. When we saw this Twig's Rust and Dust we thought it would be fun to go in and visit since our mother had owned a flower shop for 20 years. My mother unsuccessfully tried to talk to the woman at the counter who was the owner. She was excitedly showing me some little dolls that were in an arrangement and had mistakingly thought the dolls were gingerbread men but the woman rudely said "they are snowmen"! My mother said she didn't know because they had a brown tint to them. To which the woman rudely said that the store was a "primitive store". My mother again tried to strike up a conversation but then again the woman said loudly "this is a "primitive store" and if "you" do not like "primitive" this is not the store for you"! Never once did we say that we did not like the store or that we didn't like primitive, in fact, we were quite intrigued. By then my sister & mother started walking around the shop checking out all of the items for sale and chatting away. The woman was unaware that I was behind a bookshelf looking at some of the items in the front of the store when I overheard her say to the other young woman behind the counter "Oh God, shoot me now"!! Had my mother overheard the woman she would have had her feelings hurt. I hurt for her! We were verbally assaulted by this woman! If I could give a no star rating review I would have. I can not or will not recommend this store and my sister will not either...she lives here and was embarrassed by this fellow missourian's behavior.
