American family is disappointing with the random sporadic increased fees. Honestly, I am shocked. Progressive is $50 cheaper so don’t bother with American Family.

I have been a customer for several years now for home and auto. Unfortunately, Mother Nature has taken her shots at me and I know how well Christa and her group are in those moments; they are excellent. I felt so fortunate to just be able to release those problems to her and know they were covered. The app is fantastic too, but if you ever need a live person, Christa and her staff are always available when needed.
