We do most all of our car repairs here. They just hired more mechanical help, so the wait is much shorter than it has been. Plus, they stand behind their work.

Needed something repaired, they put a new part on, worked for a day then broke again, turns out it was a faulty part! They quickly replaced the part at no extra cost for the new part just paid for labor! Seems like a good place to me!

Incompetent owners in the parts store and in the shop, very pompous and arrogant. Shop is nasty, filthy and unorganized, the parts store is small and is more of a convenience for small household stuff so you might as well just drive 8 min to Columbia to get what you need.

I had to have lower ball joints installed on my Chevy Silverado and had Mickey's Auto Parts in Hallsville replace them. They were very reasonable on price and did excellent service and when I went to pick up expecting to pay what was priced to me they told me it was $70 less as it didn't take as long, now that shows me a shop I can trust as I wouldn't have known it took less or not.
