Mr Olsen has a problem with being rude and highly arrogant which has a negative effect on his work. I brought my daughter's Town Car there with a "check engine" code flashing and the remote start not working. He insisted the two issues could not be related and simply over road the code without finding or correcting the cause. Even though he claimed they were not related, the remote start worked after removing the code, but 12 hours later the engine warning code came back on and the remote start once again failed to work. Mr Olsen charged us $100 for that failed repair and before leaving his shop told us to go back to the dealer we purchased the car from if it did it again. My son made an appointment with Olsen for repairs on his Dodge truck which was not running. Due to Olsen claiming to be "booked solid till July", his appointment was made 2 weeks in advance for June 30. On the day of the appointment the tow service had an issue and could not get there with the truck before Olsen opened for business. My son phoned Olsen to assure him he would have the truck there asap that same day. Olsen told my son, "you have missed your appointment" and that he was now "booked till August". My son had waited 2 weeks to get the truck repaired, Olsen could not wait a few hours. We are a family of 5 adults with 5 cars and we will no longer be using Olsen.

Got there and he just jumped right in and got to working on it. Didn't chat my ear off either lol! All in all he came recommended by several people I know and he didn't disappoint so totally gets 5 stars! Thanks again for checking the ole girl out for me!

I found Olsen by word of his reputation of really being able to figure stuff out. The 1st car I took to him was a Porsche with electrical issues. I took a Corvette later on. I came away a happy customer. Through the years I have moved yet I still take my cars to him when dealers would have me returning back and never get it right. He gets it right the 1st time.

Great customer service the go out of your way to help you clothes are a little high but right now they have a winter clothing sale real nice place the shop little bit of everything great place
