Busiest I’ve ever seen this location. At least 8 to 10 people in the lobby. Packages arriving through the back door going out through the loading dock and Greg handled everything with calm demeanor took care with every individual who is in line waiting to get their packages sent or purchased stamps. This post office is one of the best run sites I’ve ever been to. Kudos for a great job during the busy holiday season.

I love this post office! It's so tiny but the men who run it are so kind. I had a package to drop off, and I ended up with a page of Hotwheels stamps. The post office is in this tiny building that's so quaint. I swear it doesn't look like a post office. I've not had better service than what I had at the Greenwood facility. I'm seriously going to use them often.

Greenwood MO, Post Office is the WORST Post Office/Service I have EVER KNOW! They get off on BULLYING DISABLED PEOPLE. The POSTMASTER HIMSELF, told us & emailed us, that the post office can keep our mail/packages at their discretion! Actually sir, this is a federal offense, we will report & sue! Just because there's a disabled person in the South does not mean we do not have rights. Luckily we have SEVERAL Lawyer's in our family, plus cameras surrounding our home and there are these #'s called tracking numbers, on every package. Oh, BONUS, we have OTHER proof we won't disclose here, we will just wait to see you & your unprofessional postal carriers in court soon! Have a pleasant day!

This is how post offices should be. Never super busy, and always really friendly. I've never had bad service here. Do be aware they have shorter hours, and are closed for a couple hours around lunch.
